This was hands-down one of the BEST car wash experiences I’ve ever had! From start to finish, the service was top tier. Huge shoutout to Manager Jermaine Brown — he was beyond pleasant and made us feel presidential! He even hooked my girls up with some swag, which totally made their day. The attention to detail is unmatched — those hand towels at the vacuum station? 10/10, highly recommend. It’s the little touches that really elevate the experience. I had a great experience at this car wash! From the moment I arrived, Jaily and Moni were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They provided excellent customer service, super friendly and patient as they explained the different wash options. What really stood out was how knowledgeable they were about the membership plans. They answered all my questions clearly and helped me figure out which plan made the most sense for how often I wash my car. No pressure, just helpful advice! It’s refreshing to see staff who actually care and know what they’re talking about. Thanks again to Jaily and Moni for making the experience so smooth! I’ll definitely be back!
